   • Rides: They can also be redeemed for rides on the train and carousel, adding an extra element of fun to the Zoo experience.
   • Parking: Gift cards can cover parking fees, ensuring visitors have convenient access to the Zoo without worrying about additional expenses.

Online Ordering Process: Please note that gift cards purchased online and are mailed to the buyer by our ticketing company. This convenient process ensures that buyers receive their gift cards securely and in a timely manner, ready to be gifted to friends, family, or colleagues.

Redemption Terms and Conditions:

• Remaining Balance: Any remaining balance on the gift card can be utilized during another visit to the Zoo. Visitors simply need to present their gift card at the time of redemption and pay the difference, if any. However, cash back on the remaining balance is not provided.
• Usage Limitations: Gift cards can only be redeemed for gate admission, memberships, parking, train rides, and carousel rides. They are not valid for special event admission.
• Presentation Requirement: Recipients must present the physical gift card at the time of redemption.
• Non-Transferable: Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash or applied to prior purchases. Additionally, they cannot be transferred between individuals.
• Partial Use: If a gift card is partially used, the remaining credit balance will be stored for future use. These funds do not expire.
• Lost or Stolen Cards: Unfortunately, lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced, so it's essential for recipients to keep them in a safe place.
