Making a Difference Together: Little Rock's Recycling Success
LITTLE ROCK (December 26, 2024)- The Little Rock community came together in a big way this year for our recycling events, hosted in partnership with the Sustainability Office, Keep Little Rock Beautiful, and the Little Rock Zoo. These efforts helped reduce waste, repurpose materials, and make our city a greener, cleaner place to live. Here's a look at the incredible impact you made:
Recycling Event Totals
Thanks to your participation, we collected:
- Rock Solid Shredding: 11.28 tons (22,560 lbs) of shredded documents, ensuring secure disposal and reducing paper waste.
