Benefits of Membership

• Free daily admission for 12 months (excludes ticketed events).

• Free parking for one vehicle per visit.

• Invitations to members-only events and exhibit openings.

• 15% discount at the Gift Shop.

• Discounts on education programs and Zoofari Camps.

• Free or discounted admission to over 160 zoos across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico.

Using Your Membership

• Adult members must present a valid membership card and photo ID at each visit.

• A maximum of two adults may be listed on a membership.

• Guests on a Plus Level Membership must arrive and check in with an adult member. The number of guests allowed (1, 2, or 3) is per visit, not per adult member.

• Guests may not be substituted for an absent adult member.

• “Plus” guests are not considered members and may not use the membership card for admission.

• Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult.

Restrictions

• Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Guests must arrive and check in with an adult member.

• Guest privileges apply per membership, per visit.

• Guests may not replace an absent adult member.

• “Plus” guests are not members and cannot use a membership card for entry.

• Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult.

Gift Memberships

Gift memberships are available online, by phone, or at the Zoo’s front gate. Upon purchase, you will receive a digital Gift Membership Certificate via email, which can be printed or forwarded to the recipient. The 12-month membership begins when the gift certificate is redeemed.

If you or your recipient have not received the gift certificate within 10 days of purchase, please call us.

Redeeming Gift Memberships

To redeem a gift membership:

• Bring the Gift Membership Certificate to the Zoo within two years of purchase and before the expiration date printed on the certificate.

• Present photo ID(s) to receive your digital membership card and begin enjoying benefits immediately.

Expired gift certificates will not be accepted. Please redeem before the expiration date, even if renewing an existing membership.
