Veterinary Experience

Veterinary Hospital Tour –Sundays @ 10:00am

Join head veterinarian, Dr. Sara Stoneburg, on a curated tour of her hospital facilities and get an inside look at the inner workings of veterinary care at the Little Rock Zoo. Please note that this experience does not gain you access to view animal procedures or get up close to wildlife.

Cost: $100.00/person

Details:

• All day Zoo admissions included for you to explore the Zoo before and after your experience.
• Each experience is 30 minutes in length
• This experience is open to all ages! If you have someone under the age of 12, an adult will need to be registered with them.
• This experience is limited to six (6) guests per behind-the-scenes tour and only one family/group is booked on a single date.
• For your safety, close-toed shoes are required.

Accessibility:

• Unpaved surfaces including loose dirt and gravel
• Wheelchair accessible
• Medical facility odors and equipment visible and present during tour

Photography Policy:

You are getting exclusive access to behind the scenes areas of the Zoo! Photos are not permitted to be taken by guests during the experience, unless otherwise indicated by staff.  But don’t worry, there will be a few great photo opportunities available! Zoo staff can take group shots or photos for you at certain points during the experience. Guests must provide their own camera or cell phone.
