Do you offer discounts on GloWILD tickets?

GloWILD is a fundraising event, which is why we are limited in the discounts we can offer.

Members can receive discounted admission with a valid Membership ID, and families can take advantage of a discounted 4-ticket Family Value Pack. Please note that we do not offer Military or Senior discounts for this event.

I have a family larger than four—how do I purchase tickets for everyone?

We recommend starting with the 4-ticket Family Value Pack to cover the first four guests, then adding individual tickets for any additional family members. This allows you to take advantage of the value pack while ensuring every guest has a ticket for GloWILD.

I purchased tickets for one night but can’t make it. Can I use them another night?

Yes. GloWILD tickets are valid for any night the event is open.

I purchased Membership tickets online—do I still need my Member ID?

Yes. Membership will be verified at the entrance, and you must present your valid Member ID. Discounted tickets can only be purchased for the number of individuals covered by your Membership.

Is GloWILD every night?

No. GloWILD runs select nights, Thursday–Sunday, from November through January. The event is closed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day.

What happens if it rains or there is bad weather?

GloWILD is a rain-or-shine event, so the show will go on! Please dress appropriately for the weather, and consider bringing umbrellas or rain jackets if needed. We do not offer rainchecks or refunds.

In the unlikely event of severe weather that makes it unsafe to proceed, we will communicate updates on our website and social media.

Do you have a Daily Pass that covers both daytime admission and GloWILD?

No. Zoo admission and GloWILD admission are separate tickets.

Can I visit the Zoo during the day and stay for GloWILD at night?

Yes, you’re more than welcome to enjoy both experiences in the same day! However, all guests must exit the Zoo when it closes at 4:00 PM so our team can prepare for the event.

GloWILD opens at 5:00 PM, and you may re-enter at that time with your GloWILD tickets. Please note that there is no combined day/night pass, so daytime admission and GloWILD admission must be purchased separately.

Will I see animals at GloWILD?

Not all pathways are open during GloWILD. While you may see a few animals along the route, most will have access to their indoor habitats and may not be visible. The main attraction at night is the lantern displays!

Can I purchase tickets in bulk?

Yes. Groups of 50 or more are eligible for a bulk discount. Please email Zooevents@littlerock.gov for details.
