Get up close with African penguins and hear their incredible stories! Choose from two unique experiences to learn about penguin conservation, interact with these charismatic birds, and make unforgettable memories.

Experience Options

• Penguin Tour – $100/person
  Join keepers for a guided tour of Penguin Pointe and learn all about our penguins!

• Paint with a Penguin – $150/person
  Select your colors, and our penguins will create a custom painting just for you!
  (Limit: One painting per group)

Details

• Includes all-day Zoo admission.
• 30-minute experience.
• Ages 8+ only; participants under 12 must have a registered adult.
• Limited to six (6) guests per tour; one group per date.
• Closed-toe shoes required.
• Behind-the-scenes access depends on penguin behavior and nesting.

Accessibility

• Uneven paths, stairs, and standing for 30 minutes required.
• Strong odors and animal sounds may occur.

Photography Policy

Photos are not permitted during the experience unless indicated by staff. However, designated photo opportunities will be available, and Zoo staff can assist with group shots. Guests must bring their own camera or phone.
