Group Reservation with Catering

Bring your group to the Zoo and let us do the catering! Groups of fifteen or more individuals can make a prior group reservation and also schedule a catered meal or boxed lunch to be served to your group when you visit. Several delicous packages are available.

Group Reservations

Groups of 15 or more people receive a discounted admission rate of only $5 per person. To make a reservation for your group call our reservation line  510-666-2406 (Monday - Friday  7:30am to 4:30pm). Reservations are required for a group discount and before booking a lunch or catered group meal. Click here for our online Group Reservation Form. A 10 day advance notice is required.

Boxed Lunches for Groups

Groups may purchase a boxed lunch for just $4 per person (minimum 15 people) with prior reservations. A 10 day advance notice is required. Some dates will fill up, especially during School Field Trip times in the Spring.

Choose from a Pizza Party- One slice of pizza with chips, fruit roll-ups, & drink box OR Box Lunch-your choice of ham, turkey, or peanut butter sandwich with chips, fruit roll-up, & drink box.
These lunches are designed primarily for school aged children. 

When making your initial group reservation over the phone, please let our guest service representative know that you would also like to make reservations for a  group lunch. OR if you are using our online Group Reservation Form, please select "yes" to indicate that you would like a guest services representativeto contact you to book a group lunch.  Please ensure that your reservations are made at least 10 days prior to your arrival.

other Group Catering Options

If a Box Lunch is not what you need, simply call our Visitor Services Manager (501) 661-7222 to make your group catering reservation after booking your visit, or use our online Group Reservation Form . Please include a description of your group's needs and check "yes" if you would like a catering representative to contact you about scheduling a catered meal.
