LOCATION: Little Rock Zoo front plaza
Check in at the Front Gate on Zoo Drive
Only applicants will be admitted, no children please

Please be dressed for the weather – you will be outside and may walk through the zoo.
Be prepared to complete an application and an interview during the Job Fair.
Applications will be available onsite during the job fair

If you are considering employment with the Little Rock Zoo…
- Applicants should know that these jobs REQUIRE weekend work.Weekend availability is essential
- Hours will vary (4-8 per day) depending on guest counts and weather.
- All applicants 18 or over will have to pass a background check.
Availability requirements are as follows:
1. Any shift on Saturday and Sunday – 4 hours minimum, with a possibility of an 8 hour shift
2. Various shift hours, locations and duties – including evening events
3. All special schedule requests for time off & schedule limitations must be approved by Zoo Management at time of hire. Time off after employment begins requires 3 weeks notice & written request to your supervisor.
4. These are part time seasonal positions. The Pay Rate begins at minimum wage.
5. Paydays are every two weeks and check may be picked up after 12:00 noon, or by direct deposit
6. If hired you will review and sign the Employee Guidelines for your department.
